Dennis C. Biava, owner and president of Senior Estate Associates has been serving seniors since 1975.  He has served as president of Life Underwriters for Westmoreland County and Regional Vice President for the State of Pennsylvania.  He is insurance and securities licensed and has been a Pennsylvania Notary since 1998.  As president of Senior Estate Associates, he has aided thousands of clients over the years with their estate planning and final settlements.  All the members of the Senior Estate Associates team are committed to helping “one family at a time.”

A native of Western Pennsylvania, Kris attended the University of Pittsburgh where he received a BA in Political Science and History, a Masters in Public Administration, and Law Degree as well.

During the course of his professional career, Kris had the opportunity to work for the Department of City Planning in Pittsburgh where he designed the parking lots for both of the new stadiums, Steelers and Pirates.  After moving into law, Kris clerked for Justice Ralph Ca[ppy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and worked for Governor Ridge in his Office of General Counsel in both the Department of Labor and Industry and the State Employees Retirement System.  Kris now specializes in estate and retirement planning with related areas of law practice being property, family law, contracts and taxes.

Currently Kris lives in the Pittsburgh area with his wife and two daughters.  With a career based upon helping people, kris continues to work for the betterment of his clients and community.

Lisa Tabita has been the Office Manager at Senior Estate Associates for seven years. She not only maintains a high quality of professionalism, but also makes sure all documents and forms are perfect before issuing to valuable clients. She has a husband and son and lives in Greensburg.

Since 1989 Mike has spent the majority of his career as a trial litigator.  He also was a manager in a firm of 70 attorneys, responsible for training, mentoring and supervising the work of 25 attorneys.  He now specializes in revocable living trusts.  His other areas of practice include estate planning, bankruptcy, litigation, criminal matters and small business matters.

Mike is a native of western Pennsylvania.  He was born in Beaver County and lived there until his family moved to Allegheny County.  He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with an undergraduate BA degree.  After that, Attorney Nahas was accepted to, and attended, teh Antioch School of Law in Washington, D.C.  After two years, he came back home and finished his law school requirements at Duquesne University School of Law.

Currently Mike lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and two daughters.  They are life long residents of Western Pennsylvania and serve several political and social organizations.
